Hello community of Chess.com,

I recently tried out this website and I love it. But, how do I improve my game? I play chess from a very young age, not competitively or anything, just casually, so I have basic understanding of the tactics and ideas use in the game. I was wondering if is there a way that helped you learned?

Of course playing many games and analyzing great matches between GMs is educational, but what has helped you personally to improve your skill level? I am interested in hearing your ideas on subject.

Thanks for your ideas.

P.S. My sorry for my bad English, for it is not my mother-tongue.

Edit:

I will post links to different resources to help improve your game.

YouTube:

Kingscrusher - thousands of videos to watch, from analysis of famous games to chess tricks, this guy has it all.

TheChessWebsite - hundreds of videos with tutorials of tactics, strategies, traps and more.

Apps for phones:

CT-ART 4.0 - an extremely well built app with thousands of exercises to go over and try.
