It should be "arcade" mode. Doesn't it work?

Do you know how to get there? I wanted to get to the little lightning effect, but it doesnt show up under animations. I have no idea why it doesn't show up. the modes that do show up are none, slow, medium, fast, natural and aracade. do you have to get battle mode by doing something, or is there a glitch?
