Becoming a chess tactical beast

-After searching alot in the topic months ago, i found that to become a tactical beast there are three fields to improve in 

1-pattern recongnition

2-calculation method and accuracy

3-Board visualization for  later moves

- i found ways to improve my calculation and visualization but my main concern is about pattern recognition

-after more searching i knew that the strongest 2 chess tactics trainers are chess tempo and ct art

and i got premium on chess tempo and bought ct-art 6.0 (ct art 6.0) seems more organized and alot advice to use it over chess tempo

- the 2 main questions here are

1-Do i have to train pattern recognition even tho i know all the simple motifs and pretty sure i can solve any of them in less than 30 seconds ?

2- what is the optimal way to train my pattern recognition with ct-art 6.0 and when to stop , what to do after it to further improve overally in tactics to become strong tactical player what should be the plan using ct art 6.0 !which course of those 5 should i use or what else i can do and the steps after it to become a strong tatical player??
