you can absolutely become a chess gm, just remember that it is not talent that gets you there, it is hard work and hours upon hours of studying chess. good luck with your journey.
Becoming a titled player

"I have a daily training plan of 8 hours" ++ Impressive. You do not attend school?
"includes puzzles"
++ Puzzles are overrated. In a real game nobody tells you there is a tactic, or for whom.
"playing, analysing" ++ That is the core
"and reading books" ++ Chess books are no novels. Do not read them, study them.
"an endgame book" ++ Excellent.
"I only learn openings when i feel like i don't know much about an especific one." ++ OK
"my first classical tournament at may"
++ Over the board classical is different from online rapid chess.
The time control is longer, so you have to look deeper. What works in rapid chess no longer works in classical. You can practice games of the same time control against a strong engine. Also, you need to stay concentrated for hours and that requires stamina and physical condition. To get that you need outdoor physical exercise.
"Do i have the chance of getting a title or even becoming a grandmaster?" ++ Yes.
"i'm supposed to start much earlier" ++ 13 years is still OK
"my passion for chess never stop growing"
++ Expect some setbacks at some time that may test your determination and perseverence.

I appreciate your comment. I do attend school, i just have time, as any other kid.
Puzzles are essential to help problem solving in real games.I do study books, i just wrote "reading".

Title is possible, but I am not so sure about GM if you still go to school.
wdym you want me to drop school

I disagree with the puzzles. Many people are good at solving puzzles,
but miss tactics for themselves or for their opponent in real games.
Study is hard work. Here is an example. Fischer played the 1959 Candidates' Tournament, when he was 16 and against Gligoric he messed up a simple 6-men rook endgame with 52...Rh8? instead of 52...Rh5, allowing Gligoric to win with 53 Rc7+ instead of 53 Kxb5?.
Fischer: 'I stayed up all night analyzing.'
One of the all time best players analysed a simple endgame position a whole night...

Hello!
I'm 13 years old and I recently achieved 1901 chess.com rapid rating (30 minutes each). I learned how to play it at 11, after i saw my math teacher playing on his phone, i got interested and downloaded the app on my phone.
I have a daily training plan of 8 hours, includes puzzles (i have a 2400 puzzles rating on lichess) playing, analysing and reading books (for now, an endgame book). I only learn openings when i feel like i don't know much about an especific one. In the last 90 days i've got 300+ rapid rating points.
I pretend on playing my first classical tournament at may, this year. I don't have a OTB rating for now.
I've performed very nicely the last local tournaments i played, with a score of 4/5 in both, getting a trophy in one of them.
Do i have the chance of getting a title or even becoming a grandmaster? i know, i'm supposed to start much earlier, yet, my passion for chess never stop growing.
