Why is this asked over and over and over again? Play , read and watch videos, not so hard to do.

Well, I'm not sure where you really are, but there are numerous ways to start. You could check out other beginner threads here. Or get a good introductory book like Patrick Wolff's "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Chess" (Really! I have it, and it's good.) Or start reading the loads of free material on Dan Heisman's web site. (You'll have to sift out the beginner stuff from the intermediate/advanced stuff.) Or even YouTube and other chess web sites if you know where to look.
