Hi guys I’ve just recently started getting into chess I find it extremely interesting the fact that the possibilities are endless. It has an extremely high learning curve and I’m just wondering if anyone could either give me some tips or coach me so I could learn and pick up the game a bit easier. I usually teach myself a lot of things but I always like to know where to get started and take advice from better players. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
From there play games preferable 10/10. As you play, make sure to try to remember new strategies, or moves people used against you. Once your done a game, if you want to, click on it. And go through each turn that was made. And try to find where you made mistakes
You don’t have to but, go through each level of the computer, and once you win a game against it, play game with one level higher. For a challenge, if you lose. Start back at level one, then go from there
I looked at your profile and saw your recent games. All but one was lost. And there’s nothing wrong with that. There’s going to be times where you are on a losing streak, but focus on practicing and learning from your mistakes. And another tips is to just try to have fun. Don’t force yourself into playing chess if your not in the mood for it
Although i see that you have a lot higher rating than me, (probably because I’m on forums more), make sure that you enjoy the game, not to just get better. If you want, I can play a game with you?
