Beginner to Intermediate Threshold: What RATING?

I take it most beginner games are characterized by these wild swings that usually reflect the moments in the game where one of the players blundered. Here is one of mine, for example. I lost this one, but most of my wins looks like this, too.

At what player rating, approximately, do games between the players stop being decided by blunders but by one player edging out the other player for the win, with the graph showing a roughly even contest? I assume these swings don't show up among intermediate players and above.

They still do show up in higher rated games if a wild opening was played, but for me 1200+ is when I started to see less wild games and more smooth games were one would pick up the advantage and keep it, or there was never an advantage at all. It still happens though with blunders or misses.
