I just read the Bent Larsen, Denmark's greatest chess player, died September 9, 2010 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  He was 75.  Cause of death was not given.

Back in the 1960s he was known for his wild-looking openings, his sense of humor, and his great success in chess. A good man. He will be missed.
