I think the best openings for beginners are those that are played through a straightforward application of opening chess principles and easy to open centers. The openings that do that are the classical 1.e4e5 openings. These openings, especially the gambits are by far the best for teaching beginners how to play chess. If one's goal is to learn and internalize chess principles, 1.e4 e5 is the really only way to proceed. All other groups-1.d4, 1.c4, the flank openings, semi-open and semi-closed, and hyper-moderns are a very distant second to the classical open game group (or worse). The single best classical 1.e4 opening group is the Center Game family--Center Game, Bishop's Opening. Scotch Opening, and Danish-Goring-Scotch-Urusov Gambits.
BEST CHESS OPENINGS FOR BEGINNERS! 🔥 By tacticalpawn-101
Does are all good openings badger_song and my personal favorite is the bishop's opening which i use. But the openings I recommend are the ones that GMs recommend and I used to get above 1500. these openings are also the engines top choice especially the Kings indian defense and the italian game, so the openings I recommend are just the building bricks to getting a good understanding of the game of chess. These openings include tactics and positions that make the m think and learn as they progress through the game of chess.
