I'm glad I saw this. My endgame has always been garbage, but I've never know what to do about it and never knew which book I should try first. I'll give Silman's a read and see how that works for me.

I have an endgame book where I take positions for endgame tournaments in my club, it is from John Nunn and good for this purpose 😎

I haven't read an endgame book since Fine's BCE (revised 1971 edition).

Endgame Strategy is a classic and vital to understanding psychology and how to win many positions. Dvoretzky will never fail you though.

I read Endgame Strategy and it increased my knowledge of endgames 1000 fold. I suggest reading it first, then doing Dvoretzky: the manual can be overwhelming if you don't have some basic foundations laid by Shereshevsky

Mastering endgame strategy by johan hellsten. Haven’t read it yet currently going through his book on the middlegame. 350 something exercises in each book plenty of practice.
