Safest strong option is probably the Smith-Morra in the Sicilian. According to Danya's speedruns he says it is the most solid according to most computers and has no refutation. He said even some grandmasters decline the Smith-Morra because it is so dangerous.
I also recommend the Danish; it is another very tricky one.
