Don't all mouse's send the signal electronically? Same signal speed. Just that some are more responsive, recognize hand movements to a better degree, track more precisely, respond to clicking with greater ease and control.
Also, how it feels to the hand, size and shape. Is there a study of top of the line gaming mouse's? A comparison rating? In the end, doesn't it come down to personal touch and feel?

I prefer the the mouse that fits your hand and is easy for you i have mouse that fits my hand and it's easy to use it is also cheap so go to a nearby store and find the one that fits you
But don't buy wireless

Name of the game when playing bullet. Who can move the fastest? Unless you're playing Nakamura, doesn't really matter then, does it?
