Best Mouse & mouse mat?

This may seem like a dumb question but whats the best mouse / mouse mat combination or one you'd recommend for playing blitz/bullet or even puzzle rush?...or is there another way apart from a mouse or pad that I don't know of??

I use a laptop to play daily games so the pad is ok for that but not so good for anything quicker.

Oh no, always use a tablet for blitz. I calculate a 500 nanosecond move rate with a tablet, compared to the 1.5 second move rate for a mouse. The human error rate is also decreased by 50% when using the app on a tablet.

Fine, you want a mouse that bad, any gaming mouse and mouse mat will be a great improvement over the usual office stuff.
