Not sure if it’s necessarily the best move, but I’d say move your Knight on A5 over to C6, that way you’re essentially forcing the guy to move his queen, while remaining safe yourself. Your opponent may be hesitant to move his Rook on A8 since you have that bishop blocking him pretty well
