Best troll is an oxymoron. The only good troll is one whose acne has cleared up, who has matured past their teens, and has stopped posting. Being a forum troll on the regular is a sign of a wasted imagination and a dull life, not to mention bad parenting.
I see a quoted nomination for me from a sockpuppet whose posts are gone now (what a surprise), but no actual nomination...but I would submit that you can't really put me forth as a troll anyway, unless you create a new category that covers users who only take out actual trolls and who don't troll for general amusement/boredom reduction (you know, people that have things to do).
