also, i notice a simmilar effect from hallogen lights at the food court except from the occassional death screams of ignored child
Many feet of snow, blistering cold, and windy out, while cozy fireside and sipping a hot coffee.
I once played outside when it was freezing and slightly snowing. It brought me close to the edge and activated my survival mode. I proceeded to win in a crazy Tal-like attack.
I wonder if sunshine would be good since it might keep your brain warm.
