“Losing in chess does indeed provoke anxiety and dire imaginings, suicidal and homicidal”

Been doing some research on the origins of this game and the results are more than surprising and dark. I came a cross a few things , but in particular that peaked my curiosity was something called BFS in which horrible feelings are invoked in the loser, does anyone else experience these feelings? I ask for several reasons. 1. I recently came across a post in which a gentleman is experiencing depression from losing despite his best efforts.

2 A recent dream I had where I was playing chess against something otherworldly that felt as though its intentions where sinister that also lead me to find the origins of this game and  as reiterated previously the connections between this game and (darkness) Zorn ruler of the underworld was revealed in my endeavors to track down who or “what “ designed this game.

Now I love this game, whether that be good or bad is yet to be determined, but as a history enthusiast I cannot help but dive deeper into the details if its conception .
Has or does anyone one else have any experiences or information related to these topics?

Yeah chess does bring out the darkness in ppl. Especially all the cheating bot accounts on this site.

Yes it does, and the cheating is a constant on this website
