Knight is better, knight can fork the queen and king even if the king and queen are not on the same diagonal.

I think bishops should be 3.25 ^_^

I have to be honest. Bishops are better than knights but knights are more fun. Fun or Better?

well-said

What is the point of numerical value? Only mate matters. Both have their assets. They're equal.

Nkai20

Yeah, but some people prefer to mate with horses, they say it's more "artsy"

Keep in mind that knight tend to excel in blitz and bullet chess. Especially when low on time. The bishop is foreseeable while the knight is unpredictable. Single knight vs bishop in blitz/bullet time scrabmle is more often than not an consideable advantage.

  •  Ceteris Paribus - knight usually has the upper hand in time scrambles.

The archbishop is somewhere between the Rook and Queen in value. Slightly more closer to the queen. Estimated value above 7.5.
