Larry Kaufman, in his famous study of over 80,000,000 positions in the '90's, determined that the Bishop Pair was worth 0.5 Pawns more than Bishop + Knight. Of course, like all value assignments, it depends on the board position.
He also determined the piece values were: Q = 9.75 P's, R = 5 P's, and B = N = 3.25 P's (separately from the Bishop Pair),

If you had to choose between one of the two, a bishop pair vs A bishop (of your choice) + a Knight ... what would you choose ...
