Hi! Can somebody said what is the best movement when whites play the queens pawn in the first move? I'm having problems with that. Thanks

There is no best move.

The absolute best moves are ..Nf6 and d5 as they control the e4 square. All other moves are not optimal.(f5 also controls e4 but creates a slight weakness on the Kside)

Wrong

Clearly they failed to factor in a third move that controls e4, namely the Dutch - 1...f5.

1...d5, 1...Nf6, and 1...f5 all control e4.  There are other possibilites, like 1...e6, 1...d6, 1...c6, or 1...g6, but you have to be willing to also transpose to the corresponding King Pawn opening as White could play 2.e4, like 1.d4 e6 2.e4 d5 is a French Defense while 1.d4 c6 2.e4 d5 is a Caro-Kann, for example.
