I had this same issue a few months ago. I ended up having to remove the application and do a reinstall. I haven't had any trouble since then.

Mine installs but won't connect. Boo.
The chess.com application quit working on my blackberry a couple weeks ago. When I try to connect it just says "connection failed, try again." They tried resetting my password, but we could never get it to work again, which is strange because I had been using it for a few months and it worked fine.
To other blackberry users - has anyone else had this problem? Did you find a way to fix it?
They say they are making a blackberry specific app, but if there's some way to fix it sooner... it would be better.
