Look around for a message that says "waiting for www.chess.com" in Google Chrome it will be in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
Open up Task Manager if you are using Windows and make sure the browser is "running" as opposed to "not responding."
Close your browser and reopen it.
Try using another browser. I keep 3 available at all times: IE 8, Firefox & Google
Chrome. Try using different browsers to see if one works better here than another one.
Try rebooting your PC.
Does anyone know what do do if the chess board in games is blank? None of the pieces are showing in my games.
