CHESS.COM I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO FIX THIS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. What a waste when customer support doesn't even respond to their paying customers...

It appears to actually be related to a Content Delivery Network server issue for the Eastern part of North America. For example, I'm in the middle of the US and don't have any issues.

Customer Support has a lot of tickets and they are working a backlog of them right now. The problem is affecting a region of the US and Canada right now, but not all members. Staff are aware and working on it.

Maybe it's because of all the cheaters that are getting reported
site might be experiencing issues. mobile works fine..... just have to wait until they fix it I suppose
