Many people have expressed their disapproval of how the last WC championship was resolved. their complaint stemmed around the fact that the championship was decided by a rapid format. Well it didnt matter to me however, after some thought, I came-up with the idea that in lieu of using a rapid game or games to decide who is the Champ, why not use the Blind-Fold method? That is have each antagonist play blindfolded against each other. The moves would be called out by each player and the Arbiter would make the moves on the board. Has this format ever been done in the past by two elite GM's? What say you?
