Quick question about blindfold chess - how much weaker do you think you are when you play it? I generally feel the difference between your “real” rating and blindfold strength is more prominent in faster time controls, although I’ve never played any blindfold classical tournaments. 1800s USCF - for me a 400 point difference - I still score well against blindfold in 3+2, although around 2000 USCF I start struggling. That rating range becomes much more manageable in 10+0 or 10+15… Anyway, thoughts?
