@Ollixter, I see your rapid rating is 1672, but your blitz rating is just 1289. My tips are:
• Do 3 min puzzle rushes. This helps your fast pattern recognition.
• Improve time management.
• Play openings you know well.
And I see you reached 1600 rapid in 10 minute games, so my blitz time control recommendation is 5|5, because it is almost the same as 10 minute, although I like 15|10 rapid, and I reached blitz 1500 in 3|0.
