Here's the thing...it depends why you play chess. If you play chess to be competitive against others and win at *something*, then blitz and bullet are fine. If you play chess to strive for beautiful and elegant chess games, and are competing with yourself to improve your ability to do that, then blitz and bullet are less than worthless, they actually damage your ability to do this. Call it the Nakamura Effect.

By definition, it is chess, unless you would like to come up with a different one than what Wikipedia, Meriam Webster, etc. It just doesn’t feel like you have time to think.

I know. The chances are low to near impossible, but black does have a tiny, tiny advantage.
