Just wondering if you are losing, whether it is considered “good form” to keep going, forcing the other player to win in time?

If you think you have a chance, even by clocking your opponent, then it's all part of the game.

Flagging is a strategy and another path to victory within bullet and blitz.
I am a slow player so I get it when others complain about losing to the clock with a winning position, but it’s within the rules so either play faster next time or use a higher time control.
I had a player who was +450 points above me and had him on the verge of checkmate but unfortunately I ran out of time. That’s how it goes.
