Blitz Rating Stuck Between 1150 and 1350

For the past 12+ months, my blitz rating has been consistently oscillating between 1150 and 1350. I know the fact that my account was closed for several months probably plays a role, however, the pattern had started well before I closed my account.
If the breaks are excluded, my rating graph might as well be a sinusoidal function.
How can I break out of this cycle?
People are going to hesitate to say this, but I’m gonna say, learn your openings. This way you can avoid speed bumps and get to the middlegame quickly and with a time advantage (hopefully).
After all, you’re asking for blitz help.

Learn a solid opening and simplify, trade off pieces and honestly just wait until your opponent makes a mistake. Also work on some puzzles. If you're playing blitz, also make sure to manage your time, because flailing is getting flagged is really common 8n short time controls.

I legitimately already said that -_-

do tactics
I have been doing 5 puzzles a day, but when I do puzzles, I *know* that there is a tactic involved. This is not true in a real game
My puzzles rating is 2036 but my blitz rating is 1272
yes this also happened to me. My ********* tactic rating was 1900 a few years ago however my rapid skills didnt improve :/ I suggest to play more slow games and do harder tactics (******* is a good site)

becareful about what you say...

No they aren’t hard lmao
Yes, they are. Just go to lichess.org and try some puzzles. Even 1800 puzzles there are just basic tactics
Speed chess is a great way to practice tactics and find holes in your opening theory. But the best way to improve at your level is to examine your games, looking for when you move a piece to an unsafe square, when you undefend something, when you overlook mate in one. This you should do at a slow speed(what you are comfortable with), so that you have time to think and time to see. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Cc puzzles aren’t realistic above ~2700. Lichess puzzles are made differently than cc, as they want you to find the best move, which is often NOT a combination.

uh huh my rating is higher than yours
but still b1z's blitz is better than yours

uh huh my rating is higher than yours

I dont play blitz anymore. plus i tilted all of my ratings. from 2400 bullet to 2000 and 2300 blitz to 2100
Play at longer time controls first and then slowly work your way down to blitz (say, start at 30 mins, then down to 15, then down to 10, then down to 5). Improving at standard generally improves your blitz.
The thing is that at longer time controls, you are able to apply new ideas without time pressure,. As you apply the same idea over and over again in games, they become more natural and you become quicker. But at the initial stages of learning, you need a lot of time to be able to do it.
Playing blitz to improve blitz is okay if you analyze every game afterwards, but then it probably takes at least 5-10 minutes to analyze your games for missed tactics and techniques anyways so you might as well play rapid at that point. The thing about blitz is that you are able to play far more games than you can at slower time controls, so you come across patterns more often, but unless you are able to spot them within a few seconds during the game or unless you take the time to analyze the game, you will just keep missing them over and over again and have no idea that the tactic even came up in the game, and just never learn despite playing tons of games. Better is to learn the pattern at slower time controls and then work your way to faster time controls as the pattern becomes more familiar and natural to you.
I would recommend you to try play at longer time controls first, and to analyze your own games, because by doing this you are really improving your chess level in general, while if you only play blitz and bullet, the only thing you are going to improve is your time managment so you don't run out of time, and just a bit of your level of play, and i think that since a certain level, that is no longer enough to improve further.
But I really have no idea, I don't play a lot of Blitz, and on Rapid, where I play most of the time, I haven't experienced a big stagnation yet, anyway, I hope my recommendation has helped you.
