Yeah OP you either need to compromise on the moves or on the clock. Play with increment instead.
blitz to improve time management

such a great piece of politeness in order to keep advice: "dont listen to tygxc, hes only 2100 rapid and would probably not even be able to break 1800 blitz if he played"
I'm only 2100 rapid but that's cause I don't play rapid at all lol 2100 rapid ranges from in bliz 1700-2100 typically
"I'm only 2100 rapid but that's cause I don't play rapid"
++ You are 2032 rapid from 1903 games. So you do play rapid and you are not 2100.
I quit almost a year ago (basically I hit 2000 in one year) and stayed at that because I switched to blttz(I play occasionally but not enough to gain any sort of elo )

such a great piece of politeness
i wasn't trying to be rude, but often times, he thinks he knows much
the world doesn't revolve around you
@46
"why do you keep claiming blitz is bad"
++ I side with Nezhmetdinov, Botvinnik, Fischer, Short on this.
@48
"i wasn't trying to be rude" ++ But you succeeded.
"but often times, he thinks he knows much" ++ I know something about the game.

@puzzleslmaoz you yourself said that "he thinks he knows much" which means your intention all this time was to prove that @tygxc doesn't know much
Asking for attention with "you continue to ignore me" proves my point that you're so eager to clash with him and prove him wrong

Practice Regularly: The more you play blitz chess, the better you'll become at managing your time efficiently. Regular practice helps you develop a sense of how long you should spend on each move.
Know Your Opening Repertoire: Have a solid opening repertoire that you're comfortable with. This will help you make your opening moves quickly without spending too much time on them.
Focus on Developing Pieces Quickly: In the opening phase, prioritize developing your pieces to active squares rather than spending time on deep calculations. Rapid development can give you a time advantage and put pressure on your opponent.
Allocate Time Wisely: Divide your time wisely between different phases of the game. Spend more time on critical moments such as tactics, complex positions, or endgames, and try to make quicker decisions in simpler positions.
Avoid Time Troubles: Be mindful of your time and try to avoid getting into severe time troubles. It's better to make a suboptimal move than to lose on time.
Stay Calm Under Time Pressure: Practice staying calm and focused even when low on time. Panic can lead to mistakes. Stay composed and trust your instincts.
Use Pre-Move: In positions where the opponent's response is almost certain, you can use the pre-move feature available in many online chess platforms to save time.
Review Your Games: After each blitz game, take some time to review your moves and time management. Identify areas where you could have managed your time better and learn from your mistakes.
Manage Distractions: Minimize distractions during your games to maintain focus. Find a quiet environment where you can concentrate fully on the game.
Stay Flexible: Be flexible in your approach to time management. Adapt your strategy based on the specific position, your opponent's playing style, and the time remaining on your clock.
By implementing these strategies and practicing regularly, you can improve your time management skills in blitz chess and enhance your overall performance.

What's wrong with wanting to prove him wrong it is not like he called him stupid yet
It was a forum for individual opinions, if @Puzzleslmaoz had just laid down his own then it would have been enough. He didn't really needed to take someone's name and say "don't listen to him!!1" which is from where it all actually started
How can i improve my elo fast
