The system automatically places premium members on vacation when they get low on time in Daily games. If your opponent has a lot of games going on, it is very possible they are getting placed into vacation daily due to that and running low on time in some games.

Ah ok. But the time it stops ranges from 70 mins to today’s low of 11 minutes. If it was automatic I would think it would be the same time every time. And she only has 7 games on the go and she plays daily in one which is a new game. Our game is level but she looks better. In another she is 10 points up. Very weird. It said 2 months vacation left and now says 3 which is strange as she is on vacation for 20 hours a day or more. 

Yeah, it's not automatic. I've had similar things happen and it is less than 3 but can go much lower.

As to the time left, I think there is a bug in accumulation. I asked a staff member about it and he said they were aware there may be an issue.
