Blunders in winning games.

I have a huge common problem in chess Foot in Mouth(Topic). Losing when winning are the games that hurts the most Frown I used to hold 1600-1700 rating on my other account.But now my rating drops from games like these!

How do I keep myself from doing things like this?

 
This game i managed to lose after taking his rook and later giving away my pieces.
Here i saw the winning move but I didn't play it??

Good question. I also feel frustrated the most when I am 'winning' and blow it. The way to go about winning a won position is not to relax when you find yourself in this situation, but to re-double your efforts and keep your concentrate focused until the very end.
