Unfair losing games when I have all it takes to win

I have just lost a game when I had more time on my clock then my opponent; I had a much better position (they are about to lose their Queen while the King was in check). Yet then won the game????  I am getting tired of losing games for strange reasons that are not fully explained to me. And game abandon is not an answer.  If I cannot play without this harassment why play at all?

Maybe try changing 15/10 to have longer before a flag for internet issues and stuff

I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE PLAYING CHESS WITH PLAYERS FROM THE PHILIPPINES, ALMOST 5 TIMES I PLAYED WITH THEM AND THEY ALWAYS CHEATED. I WAS IN A NEARLY WINNING POSITION BUT SUDDENLY A MESSAGE APPEARED THAT THEY WON AND I HAD A GREAT DISADVANTAGE IN POINTS. I ASKED CHESS.COM TO BLOCK THE PHILIPPINE PLAYERS AND RETURN THE MATCH POINTS LOST DUE TO THEIR CHEATING.

Ok, so, you have options (see? options!).

- Do it like me, and carry on playing (or not).

- Get angry, annoyed, and post it here, and nothing is going to happen.

- Report to Chess.com support.

I feel you, I do think the same way. Sometimes I'm on a winning position and, out of a sudden, my opponent turns the game and win. When reviewing the game, their first moves were "blunder" and "inaccuracy", and in 2 minutes, they all became "best" and "brilliant".

These days, my man, faking and cheating seem to be the "new normal".

I'm sorry for you.

Post the game, lets us try and figure it out.
