Could there be a maximum number of open games rule? Maybe at least for new players? At least then once they fill their quota they won't be taking up open seeks for everyone looking for a random matchup...

There are maximum games for non-subscribers on some other chess sites, about 6 in one case, so that might be considered here.
I'm new, so maybe this has been discussed already, but I've noticed when I start a new game, and set my opponent rating to allow players wiht the rating of 1200, I get these bogus opponents. I just got one where this guy had a rating of exactly 1200, and after checking his stats had 31 open games, and 1 win. All were his turn to move. I've noticed this several times, btw.
