because I'm a genius! I know you're joking but here goes:
1) cloning technology -even if working- can't produce a twin of Borislav - it would be younger than him
2) Ivanov isn't and wasn't banned.
3) Erik can't ban players from FIDE events.
Is that what really happened? Is Erik lying or do you believe this or what.

Ivanov no aceptó quitarse los zapatos y se le otorgó el punto a Guliyev. Luego en la ronda 7 Ivanov no fue incluido en el emparejamiento. En este torneo Ivanov marchaba al frente con 4.5 puntos de 5 posibles, que incluía 2 victorias contra Grandes Maestros y tablas contra otro.

It says that GM Guliyev ask to the arbiter to check Ivanov shoes, Ivanov refused so the game was awarded to Guliyev, in the next round Ivanov was not paired.
So it´s easy, you don´t need to do anything special to win against Ivanov, just ask him to play barefoot.
