Bot refuse to play.

Hi chess.com community. Just a quick message to complain a bit and which might lead to an issue discovery. I'm a bot player, i'm my way to catch them all I've been facing Isabelle (1600 elo) the count is around 0-30 in Isabel's favor (pretty even you'll notice). But I just discovered beside being better at chess than I that she has also an ancestral technique named "I'm not gonna play the next move wha u gonna do." And I'll point that when you lose 0 to 30 when you are denied your first win it is quit frustrating. Here is the board (I'm the black is case you doubt) 8/3b2K1/3q4/5k2/8/8/8/8 w - - 14 67 
Edit: I put that strange succession of number/letter that we can apparently use on "lichess" because I cannot upload a downloaded image from your website.

Oh I'm not english native so there might be a lot of grammatical or else miss use of your language but i'm sure you'll find a way in your heart to bypass those.
