Bots
Because I looked at my opponents profile and it said we had never played before. Yet you scroll down and find my name. You click on that game and my opponent’s name changes from say JSmith to Jonas, their bot. I’ve got 100% undeniable proof. It’s happening every game. I can’t post the photos here but if we have a chat on another platform, I’ll send you the photos. Or, if you prefer, I can send you directly to the games and I can explain what has happened and you can see for yourself.
You're not playing the site bots, unless you actually go to Play > Play Bots. If your gave history isn'‘t loading the player data correctly, that's a bug.
Are you on one of the app? If so, which one and what version?
@Martin_Stahl I had this conversation with you back then, you totally ignored it. I was 100% playing bots then and I’m 100% playing them now. I’m posting this under my son’s account because you or somebody else blocked me from posting. Go check the games under username WeeBitLane. I defy you to prove me wrong. I have played 100’s of games I thought were against human opponents but were actually all against Jonas the bot. Deny all you want, I have the screen shots to prove it.
You're playing other members. I checked and they're not site not accounts. If you're seeing that on your app, though should update. If you're updated, uninstall and reinstall.
If you suspect any those members of using disallowed resources, you should report them directly to staff.

If you report someone and they're not closed after a few days then either there's insufficient evidence of anything or no evidence.
I don't follow all topics I post on, so I occasionally miss replies, so you're not being ignored. That said, using a different account to bypass a mute, is something that could potentially result in getting the other account muted as well. You should open a ticket with Support in the muted account to see about getting the account unmuted.
