happens to me all the time. sometimes takes up to a minute for them to make a move. very annoying

Hi everyone,
Every time I play a bot they do play back but they take an overly excessive amount of time considering they are robots. Not 100% sure it's a glitch but it can be annoying. Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem.
