Bots taking overly excessive time to play back

Hi everyone, Every time I play a bot they do play back but they take an overly excessive amount of time considering they are robots. Not 100% sure it's a glitch but it can be annoying. Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem.

Bro I have to wait 3 minutes before the bot makes a move, this is crazy
