Break the 1100 ELO Zone

Would the 10 min time control be better then?

Ten minutes or longer, yes. And only if you actually USE the time. Losing a 10-minute game with seven minutes still left on your clock isn't going to help you learn.

Hi, My names Amaan, 14 years old and trying to get better at chess and stream it on twitch. I'm currently bouncing between the 1000-1100 zone and wondering if there's any good openings/tactics I can use to help me get out of this range. Sorry if this Is a dumb question, Bye!
i'm also stuck at 1100, but in rapid instead of bullet. i'm not sure about you, but my biggest problem is that i'll keep playing when i'm tired and i go on a really sad losing streak. just don't play when you're tired. this is pretty much the only advice i can give you based on my own experiences.

grinding will make you worse
playing sparingly will boost your rating, but only in short spurts
the best course is to play, say, 3 rapid games per week, then train tactics and stuff for the next 7 days. After those 7 days, play 3 rapid games again.

3 games per week? That's not enough IMO. You need to practise more. 2-3+ per day seems more reasonable but not too many.

I don't play three games per YEAR, and look at my rating. Imagine if I only played one game every five years... I might be a super-GM!

You were already! I don't forget

I mean,. I might be a super-GM AGAIN!
How did I get from the 2100s to the 2300s... do you recall that as well? Wasn't it by playing only two rated games in those two years, so that my Glicko RD climbed to over 200 and I gained over 150 rating points in those two games?

If I try that strat I will probably end up at 1000
If you're going to try the "Glicko Slingshot" tactic, you'll need to play that game-of-the-year as if it was... errr... the game of the year.
This is that "first rated game in two years" game:

time consuming, yet effective.

LOL.
Actually, I was hired to work as a Computer Systems Analyst (and Mentor) at the Canadian Army's Combined Arms Tactics School at CFB Gagetown.
Emu reveal!
I had to spend most of my time behind a military-grade computer firewall, so I basically stopped playing internet chess for those two years.
The Glicko RD of 207 was just a bonus.
