brilliant how to get easily?
If you think about it, there really shouldn't be any easy way to play a brilliant move.
However, you are in luck. "Brilliant moves" were changed two years ago so that now they are just decent sacrifices. All you have to do is to play a decent sacrifice that is a best or near best move.
Brilliant (!!) moves and Great Moves are always the best or nearly best move in the position, but are also special in some way. We replaced the old Brilliant algorithm with a simpler definition: a Brilliant move is when you find a good piece sacrifice. There are some other conditions, like you should not be in a bad position after a Brilliant move and you should not be completely winning even if you had not found the move. Also, we are more generous in defining a piece sacrifice for newer players, compared with those who are higher rated.

how to find brilliant moves easily in a geame
Get better at tactics. For that, play puzzles.
If you "drop" your queen, leading immediately into a sequence of forced moves, is it really a sacrifice? No, it's just the start of a combination.
A sacrifice should be an offer (either piece or exchange) that leads to an unclear position (?!/!?) and it should only be brilliant (!!) if the position allows the player to dig out of a hole. Perhaps by helping to set up a combo/tactic several moves later.
Brilliant shouldn't have to be a sacrifice. Can also be a quiet positional move that contributes to setting up a bind or stalemating the king or a major piece. Of course such moves are hard to adjudge. Typically one reads about them in books. Takes a human GM/editor to see them. Several such moves are found in Kasparov's book (Fighting Chess), but how is a website chess engine supposed to see them? What makes the difference between a brilliant move and a move that is merely the best move? Typically a human decides.
