I am 1200 elo and let's say I get a brilliant move. I some grandmaster 2600 does the same move in his game is it still considered brilliant?

The computer does make it harder to get a brilliant move as your elo gets higher, so the grandmaster might not get a brilliant from that same move but depending on the move they might get one
