Brilliant moves not the best move?

A few games ago, I reached this position(I'm playing white): 

The game review said that Qxd6 was a Brilliant move, but it's the third move in the engine and the game supposedly goes from +4 to +1.5. Why was this listed as a "brilliant" move?

Still a beautiful move

chess.com should at like a pink flower thing for game reviews and just like brilliant cyan !!
Like when a brilliant is not best move like this that’d be so funny
