According to the rules listed on this site a draw occurs when fifty consecutive moves happen without a player moving a pawn or capturing a piece. In a live game, I had my king against a pawn and a king. We played about 130 moves of just moving the kings until my timer ran out. I was expecting a draw to occur. Is this by design or is this an oversite in the game logic? p.s. This site is great! It has revived the chess demon in me.
I've had the same kind of problem, and it seems that you then have to do as if you were offering a draw, and if the situation is right, there will be an automatic draw.
