I googled the forum as I'm having the same issue, and couldn't use the menu to get to the forum to see sup. I'm on mobile.

It is typical chess.com procedure to break a core feature that had been working fine for the past 3 years.

By the way, if you want to still access your messages, just type chess.com/messages in the url bar to teleport directly to messages. Same with chess.com/leaderboard, etc.
