Simply what the title says, I love playing hyper-aggressive openings, being able to put a lot of pressure on my opponent. Simply makes it easier for me to play precisely and makes it easier for my opponent to blunder. Here is the move order that I don't have much of a weapon against.

You should look into the Max Lange gambit for white. Very aggressive and strong. There's a small course I can recommend on chessable for 10 bucks (https://www.chessable.com/max-attack-the-max-lange-gambit/course/27205/).

Studying the positions therein have given me some good wins. https://www.chess.com/game/live/4682396279

That being said, at your level the emphasis should be on lessening blunders (doing tactics) rather that opening theory.

Is that another name for the Italian gambit or are you referring to something different?

You cannot enforce the Max Lange - either against the Italian, or the 2 Knights.

But the last sentence is a very wise advice.

Yes our opponent can play those lines as shown by pfren, and then the course I suggested will be no use to you (or me) happy.png

The position that I showed occurs when black does not play the two knights defence, but instead develops the bishop to c5 on move 3.
