Bulk / programmatic access to USCF player data?

An idle question:  is there a way to get programmatic access to USCF results?  Excel add-ins that link live to the database?  Or do you need to go through their website?

You have to go through their site but can probably do it programmatically.

They do have an app that runs on a pc to pull data from the website for stats on player performance.

The MSA has some options to pull data without all the extraneous html but that is only for ratings and demographic data.
