Bullet 1+1

So lately I have been playing 1+1. I normally play blitz and some rapid. I find it intresting in the quick moves gets the brain juices flowing. However, after may rating dropped from about 1k to 800 I have noticed a very common trend. A good number of people don't actually play well. They will often just move as quick as possible and aim for the timeout. It's easy to spot and they usually will have like 60 to 70% or more of their wins from timeout.

I am not sure the purpose. I more play bullet just to get my brain going and don't care too much about my rating. But I still want to try and play well. I'll admit I am not that good at going that speed though. I lose about 72% of my matches to timeout, and the vast majority of those timeouts I am in a winning position. 

I guess I just feel like those playing purely to win on time are really playing a different game all together. I could understand winning on time, but some of these players literally will make random moves just to keep moving as fast as possible.
