What is considered a strong bullet rating?

I would guess it is similar to other rating pools in that it is all relative

The top 50 bullet ratings on the site are over 2500 so that is pretty good. I've never played it and I would probably be lucky to break 1000

As with most ratings, beginners will think you're really good, and titles players wont even notice you.

A "strong" rating is whatever the observer's rating is + at least 200.
