I still haven't even figured out how to get to 2400(blitz and bullet) 😭
In Bullet format speed is more important than tactics
If someone is strong in rapid format then he/she probably perform well in bullet too
If you know proper theory then you can play bullet easily

I'm currently 2300 rated, but I'm having a bit of a hard time breaking above the 2330s. I have only done it once so far, with a highscore of 2334.

In Bullet? But you're 2000 rated in there.
EDIT: Your highest rating is only 2325. But you fell to the 2200s immediately after achieving it.
